We request that pilots or charter agencies make arrangements directly with the caterer of their choice.  The caterer will deliver to us at Southern Maine Aviation and we’ll make sure it gets to you cold or hot, just as the caterer intended.
We can provide additional items such as coffee or ice as needed.
